chiropractic | EXPECTATIONS
The initial exam is very thorough. Dr.Kanji, will sit down and talk about your condition before he moves on to the physical exam, which will include postural, muscular, orthopedic, neurological and biomechanical evaluations. A review of findings (ROF) is also done with the patient, this is a session that explains the diagnosis, prognosis, the treatment plan, and treatment types. The vertebral subluxation complex is getting the attention of researchers in a variety of disciplines. And research is showing the far-reaching effects of abnormal spinal function. Abnormal spinal function if not treated correctly can lead to chronic pain, inflammation, arthritis, muscle trigger points, loss of movement and muscle weakness. One important aspect of true health is a nervous system that is functioning free of interference from muscles, scar tissue and subluxations. Prevention of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex should be part of every family’s health plan.
Testimonials
I started going to Dr. Kanji in November 2006 when I somehow pinched or injured the radial nerve that runs down my right arm. My entire arm, from the back of the shoulder down to the finger tips, hurt. Although my family doctor had given me muscle relaxants, I felt that they didn't address the problem of how to fix what was causing the pain. That led me to see Dr. Kanji. After tests and x-rays, Dr. Kanji prescribed a course of treatment using both chiropractic adjustment and Active Release.
My job entails sitting at a computer all day, working with a keyboard and mouse. Since I am strongly right handed, switching to using my left hand wasn't an option. Thanks to the treatments that Dr. Kanji gave me, the only work time I missed was the very first day which was mostly taken up with various appointments. After that, I was able to continue working. After each visit I was able to feel an improvement in my arm. It was a real cause for celebration the first night I was able to sleep right through, without having to get up and take ibuprofen part way through the night to deal with the aching in my arm.
I would highly recommend Dr. Kanji to anyone needing any kind of chiropractic treatments.

Donna M
